Making a Purchase/ Rental Order In General:

Looking for customizable bouquets, flowers, and center pieces for your wedding? Cool, we can do that.

We can work together to customize what colors, greenery, and flower style you are looking for. Color options are endless and can be dyed using simple acrylics found at the art store. These flowers last forever and make a great keepsake from your special day. You pick how many and what size bouquets you want, your color palette, how many table pieces you need, and other accessories you are wanting for your special day.  See our color palette guide under the 'Forms' tab for more information.

Having a destination wedding in Charleston, SC, and don't want to pack or preserve a 'living thing'? Or are you looking to rent your flowers, then return after the big day to save some money? Cool, we do that too.  Most of our products are available for rent! Check out the 'Our Services' Tab for information.

Renting saves time, money, and the hassle of throwing out flowers that can still be enjoyed by other brides! 

When placing your order, you pay for your flowers in full as if you were purchasing them; after your wedding and the agreed upon items have been returned, you will receive a refund of 25% of your rental order. Items that need to be shipped are ineligible for return.

But what if you decide you want to keep your bridal bouquet and return everything else? We encourage it! Nothing like spending so much money on your wedding day and not even getting to keep your bridal bouquet to enjoy forever...(lol not).

Need custom vinyl decals for: table numbers, wedding signs, welcome signs, favors, bar or dinner menus? Or what about iron-on vinyl to make custom wedding favors? (we made custom face masks at our wedding). Getting ready for your bachelorette weekend, or you need to personalize some 'Will you be my Bridesmaid' gifts?

We got you. 

Want to add a memorable touch to your wedding guests will remember forever, like having custom beer or wine labels to go on the alcohol or water bottles? HEY-O, we do that too.

We got a Cricut! We can make just about any decal for your wedding or party décor. You let us know the design(s), the color, the size, and the quantity of stickers/ vinyl decals you need, and we will provide you with a custom quote. Having some Pinterest or other internet inspirations are welcomed!

All in all, we're down to earth. I (Jordy) love crafting and making stuff with my hands, and Eric is my biggest and loudest cheerleader in all my pursuits. We're fun, supportive, and we love to put in the work to make the little details important. Give us a holler if you have any questions about our products or services. We both work full-time jobs independent of Pinewood and Petals, so this is just for fun....why not, right? :)

We are Jordy and Eric, and we recently got married in the heat of COVID-19. Although stressful, it gave us the opportunity to explore various options for being crafty and creating our own decorations for our wedding. We made everything from hand-made candles as wedding favors, hand-made masks for each of our guests, home-made beer and wine and the labels to match (thanks to my best friend Brenna), crocheted pumpkins as table center pieces, and collected moss & pinecones for our arbor. One of these crafty adventures included making our own floral arrangements, table centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres out of wood flowers. I discovered wood flowers accidentally thanks to all the 'cookies' my phone flagged on my Facebook account, since I was researching various options for wedding flowers. I'm a marine biologist and conservation is something I strive to achieve in all areas of my life. After some research, I discovered wood flowers as an affordable, environmentally friendly, and sustainable option as wedding flowers. Not only did they look natural and last forever, but I especially loved that they last are sustainable and 100% biodegradable. As a consumer, nothing is worse than paying hundreds of dollars for a gorgeous product to only enjoy it ONCE. Wood flowers not only look like real flowers, but they are more affordable, reusable, biodegradable, and will last forever (as long as they are not kept in direct sunlight). 

I quickly realized that not only did I enjoy making my own arrangements, but I was good at it. They are so unique, personalized, and have that southern, rustic feel. They are made from the real wood of plants so it's no wonder they come with some charm.  Sola wood flowers are made from Shola plant. Each individual sola wood flower is handmade, and they are more durable than real flowers. The natural color is ivory, but they can be dyed in any color. AND, you can add your favorite scent to your flowers. Mine smelled like Pumpkin Pie, because we had a pumpkin themed wedding! 

So, here I am pursuing something I enjoy, backed by my very loving and supportive husband.
